| The one session AHA program is designed for the experienced Healthcare Professional who may have let their ACLS certification lapse or maintains an understanding of the care and management of a patient in cardiopulmonary arrest, a peri-arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. This comprehensive program incorporates a newly formatted multi-media approach to the presentation of the didactic material which is then reinforced by an intensive practical skills component. (Please be advised that the ACLS course DOES NOT replace the BLS course. A current BLS certification is still required. BLS recertification can be included in this program.) | Audience: Healthcare professionals with a current ACLS certification card. Student will receive a didactic review of all protocols and review of pretest. Students will be required to demonstrate competency skills in Megacode Station and written exam. |
