COVID-19 Policy
To reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission LearnACLS, LLC follows the policy outlined by the American Heart Association. ALL COURSE PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AND WEAR THEIR OWN FACE COVERINGS.

Please be advised that Learnacls, LLC will conduct a pre-screening interview which will include temperatures taken via non-contact infrared body thermometer.

AHA TRAINING MEMO

Cash, Credit Card and Money Orders are accepted on the day of the class. No checks on the day of the class. Check payments are to be mailed prior to the class. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks!
Participants should arrive for training early. Students who are late will have difficulty catching up once the training has begun. Students will not be accepted twenty minutes after class start time. Please call the office to reschedule your training. Course fee will not be refunded.
Once registered you may cancel the class ten days prior to the class for a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee and the non refundable deposit. You may reschedule your class up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled class date. You may reschedule your course twice only, the third time there will be a $25 administrative fee. If you do not call at least 24 hours in advance, or do not show up for class you will need to register again and pay the full fee.
If you do not receive your card(s) within 15 days after the course. There is a $7 replacement fee for each card(s)

A deposit is required to secure your seat in the class, your deposit is non refundable
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once its marked as delivered
